Rusnano says in talks with creditors to restructure debt

MOSCOW, Nov 22 (PRIME) -- Russian nanotechnology corporation Rusnano has held a meeting with the creditors and large bond owners to discuss debt restructuring, the company said in a statement on November 20.

"It was stated that the accrued disproportional debt and the current financial model of the company need adjustments. There is currently the possibility of elaborating options that suit everyone, which will allow the company to avoid the most negative scenarios," the company said.

On November 19, the Moscow Exchange suspended trade in nine bonds of the company for a total of 71.6 billion rubles.
